btw on the Model X FSD release notes is says this, so maybe it's coming soon!:
I’m down for update rouletteCan you force an update or is it completely random?
Pretty much random. About the only thing you can do is select advanced under the software options but that won't force an update. Can you force an update or is it completely random?
I can assure you that FSD is still a long ways away from perfect. That said, it's incredible, useful, and fun.doesn't anyone like to drive anymore? Does winding a watch irritate you? Does having to (OMG) turn on your own wipers end your day? golly gee. It will get here soon but I would rather have it work perfectly than not.
You can do it put yo back into it.Do It... Do It... Do It
I am not understanding not keeping your CT software updated has anything to do with missing out on FSD downloadDid not update to 26.6 before for fear.of missing out on FSD. I want the YouTube music but on the fence about giving in!
Just wanted to post the fyi.
For the first answer everyone wants: no FSD yet.
it's not technically "random" per-se, but everyone is categorized into specific groups within the total fleet. Kind of like how Google does A/B releases with major apps (like YouTube). Can you force an update or is it completely random?
Totally Agree, we all knew/told FSD for CT was not a priority due low startup volumes, BEFORE you ordered. Give it a rest, try enjoying the “drive by wire”, it will be here soon enough.doesn't anyone like to drive anymore? Does winding a watch irritate you? Does having to (OMG) turn on your own wipers end your day? golly gee. It will get here soon but I would rather have it work perfectly than not.
For those with FOMO... it looks like they just merged 12.5.1.3 into 2024.26.10 (see the Telsa Oracle). So it's in the 2024.26 branch. So...
Do It... Do It... Do It
