Had mine in for service for other stuff...and of course during the test drive with the technician it didn't make the noise, so it got wrote off and nothing was done regarding the seal on the passenger side. I had a video of it making the noise but I guess that wasn't enough it needed to do it during the test drive

I did! Weirdly enough I could get the leak to stop by rolling down the rear window by about 10mm (obviously not a long term solution). That said, there is a fix from Tesla. They essentially insert a foam rod into the door side seal to "fatten it up". Works so far.
Same, glad I am not the only one that this worked on

Same here. SC didn’t hear it as it’s intermittent and didn’t act up. Just give me a framed door and I’ll be so happy lol. Hate the frameless design on teslas.

Had the same problem. Only occurred with high elevation and freezing cold. Service center adjusted the rubber and today I am in Mammoth and it didn’t occur. (And it’s cold!)

Yeah, I have an early build too, no issue with drafty seals. It sounds like maybe the door latch just needs to be adjusted slightly tighter.
I live in northern Ohio and an early build. The window seals are quite until you hit about 20 degrees, they they whistle on both the passenger and driver's side. My technician heard it on by drives that I purposely scheduled on days below 20, I missed one time on the temp and nothing that day. They stuffed something in the seal on the door "belt stuffer" inside the outer part of the door along the window to push it in to help with the seal. It sounds odd, but it seems to be working on both sides below 20 degrees.

Can someone take a photo of what Tesla did to address? I have run into this in colder temps on my October production AWD CT and it's kind of annoying. Only seems to happen in colder temps and is much worse on the passenger side rear window than the driver side.

Getting into my local SC is a royal PITA and I'd prefer to fix this myself if it's nothing but a weather stripping application.

Really? Didn’t think that’s what window calibration did but makes sense.

They calibrated mine and it didn't make an improvement.

Then it’s obviously a different issue, miss aligned doors or failed seals in the rear
Tesla Service visit in winter is best as the seals will just get tighter into the summer

Have the same issue - rear passenger window, early build.

Confirming the wind noise / air leak gets worse as temperature falls.

In fact, above 30 F it seems fine,
When temps go below 30 F the noise ramps
Below 10 F outside and it gets really loud
I actually put a service ticket in last week. Will keep all posted.
Mine has the same issue.....

I have the same issue with the wind noise leaking on the front of the rear side passenger windows on early VIN FS Cybertruck. It’s schedule for a 2nd go round next week at the SC. However in reading what about the foam rod that they insert to resolve it, I believe this is what they are using:

https://www.lowes.com/pd/M-D-20-ft-...Rod-Polyethylene-Window-Weatherstrip/1085965?

I will try the fix and see.

Just noticed this thread, I’m in the “me too” camp on this one, Denver temps have been under 20 the last few days and I get wind noise like there is a leak at the rear passenger side. Glad to know what the likely issue is.
