2025.38.3 Issues

Hey all -

I received 2025.38.3 update on Saturday night and installed it. Yesterday when my wife drove the truck she called me with issues. All of the visualizations of other vehicles were missing, only the review camera was working and a message was present stating that parking assist was not available. I told her to reboot when she arrived at her destination. She did so and then about 20 minutes later I received a notification on my app "Sentry Mode has turned off due to a sentry system error".

Since my wife was going to be a while, I drove to the truck and was able to confirm all the issues were still present. I disabled sentry, rebooted and then reenabled sentry. About 10-15 minutes later I received the sentry error again.

Has anyone encountered issues similar to this in previous updates and potentially have a solution? I did a search but did not find anything (my search terms may have been incorrect).

mine installed yesterday. turned tron mode on then off at the end of the trip. all day ive been getting sentry alerts via sentry pro and this is how i confirmed that b-pillar sentry was now active. no issues for me so far.

Drove it some more this evening. On my trip to my destination I had intermittent cameras. None of the cameras worked correctly. They would be on for a minute at most and then go black. The auto beams would periodically turn to high and flash on coming traffic or whoever I may have been behind (I was able to turn this off). Park assist disabled. Navigation was working, but GPS was having issues, as well. It would follow the road, get stuck, then 'catch up' again after a few seconds.
I tried rebooting again and tried powering off by going into Controls->Safety->power off. Waited a few minutes and then turned on. No good. Same issues on way back home.

I have put in a service request. To me this seems like overloaded resources....

You can reinstall software from Service Mode and see if help.
Enable Service Mode via Vehicle Touchscreen
On the vehicle touchscreen, touch Controls > Software.
Touch and hold Cybertruck for 2 seconds, and then release.
Use the screen keyboard to type "SERVICE" into the dialog box, and then touch the OK button.

Interesting you brought this up. I've been noticing park assist camera errors recently and just figured I had gunk on camera lens areas so I washed the truck real good. Error still there. Was thinking maybe camera calibration got off. What is really interesting is my wife's Y is showing a similar error so washed hers at the same time thinking it also had some sort of film on the camera. But I honestly think hers was just dirty vehicle. Thinking back though my issues seemed to start about the time my software updated.

I’m having the ā€œPark assistā€ error since update as well. Rear camera looks really odd, everything else seems ok. Cleaned all the camera lenses with microfiber and water- all are clean and clear but the error persists. I’m starting to see a trend.

Yep. After the update I started to see the ā€œPark Assist Degradedā€ message. Haven’t seen this at all except after the update. Soft reset didn’t fix any issues. Looking to hear more from the forum.

Brought the truck to service yesterday morning. They didn’t have anything for me yesterday, but just got a message from them that it looks to be a computer problem and escalating to engineering team. Repair completion is now next week… šŸ˜•

Well, I got 2025.38.3.1 a couple days ago and just got 2025.38.3.2, so they clearly identified some problems that needed to be patched ASAP.

I haven't experienced any issues but I got 2025.38.3.2 yesterday....didn't drive much so no idea what it was about.

Got 2025.38.3.2 last night. Driving all day today and the same parking assistance warning is still there. Maybe ā€œ.2ā€ wasn’t the fix for that? Hopefully something soon. It’s annoying but doesn’t really SEEM to hamper use.
