Hello folks,

I wanted to share my experience replacing the OEM Cyber wheels with 18-inch Atomic wheels and Nokian tires, and also show some photos — since I couldn’t find much information about this setup when I was researching this wheel and tire combo.

I decided to go with 18-inch wheels for better comfort and overall appearance. I live in SoCal, so snow performance isn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s still a factor since I occasionally take mountain trips and travel to Utah in the winter.

So far, the tires feel great on the road. I wouldn’t call them silent, but the noise level is acceptable to my ear. I’ve noticed they’re not entirely consistent — sometimes a bit louder over the same pavement compared to other days.

The wheel and tire combo weighs around 83 lbs, which is lighter than the OEM Cyber wheels and the lightest all-terrain option among similar tire brands.

I also went with titanium lug nuts, which in my opinion are kind of a waste of money — but at least they look good and have a nice closed-end design.

As for efficiency, I’ve seen about a 10 % drop during the first 500 miles, though my numbers might not be perfectly accurate.

Overall, I’m really pleased with this setup — even though it set me back nearly $5K, lol.

Was the roughly 10% range loss coming from AT tires or all season tires?

I have enjoyed the Outpost's for the last 15k or so. Very good. Mostly two track and dirt roads. 80%. No complaints on highway. Very stiff for winter even though they have destination. Goodyear offer from Tesla winter Duratrac was a softer feel with fingers at first touch. Have both. Enjoy.

Nice looking tires!

Are there no tire and wheel combinations that don't decrease efficiency from the stock All Season tires?

The amount of research ( both time and money) that goes into an OEM wheel/ tire setup is not an afterthought. Those OEM Goodyear AT tires were specifically designed for the CT and it shows.
