Hello folks,
I wanted to share my experience replacing the OEM Cyber wheels with 18-inch Atomic wheels and Nokian tires, and also show some photos — since I couldn’t find much information about this setup when I was researching this wheel and tire combo.
I decided to go with 18-inch wheels for better comfort and overall appearance. I live in SoCal, so snow performance isn’t a dealbreaker, but it’s still a factor since I occasionally take mountain trips and travel to Utah in the winter.
So far, the tires feel great on the road. I wouldn’t call them silent, but the noise level is acceptable to my ear. I’ve noticed they’re not entirely consistent — sometimes a bit louder over the same pavement compared to other days.
The wheel and tire combo weighs around 83 lbs, which is lighter than the OEM Cyber wheels and the lightest all-terrain option among similar tire brands.
I also went with titanium lug nuts, which in my opinion are kind of a waste of money — but at least they look good and have a nice closed-end design.
As for efficiency, I’ve seen about a 10 % drop during the first 500 miles, though my numbers might not be perfectly accurate.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this setup — even though it set me back nearly $5K, lol.
