Good news, I went to Lowe’s and got the 3/8” diameter. I trimmed it to length and stuff it into the seal along (opened the flap and push it in) the front side where the rear passenger side glass is meeting the B pillar.

Drove it on the highway and it’s fixed!! Temp is 17 degrees and no more wind noise. They only had grey so black would be best, but it’s hard to see the where it is anyway. I like it to match the black rubber so I ordered this:

Did the Amazon foam one worked for you? It is a bit too thick and pushes the seal above my window glass.

This one stays in the sleeve perfectly, but not sure about effectiveness since it's no longer winter. Time will tell.

I took mine into the SC to get fixed a couple months ago and it worked well for the first few weeks. Now that it is below zero here in the midwest the issue returned. I took some suggestions from this thread and decided to come up with my own fix.

The SC used pieces of foam insulation backing and stuffed it into the seal. It seems like this stuff doesn’t retain its shape in extremely cold temperatures. I followed the instructions from this page and removed the Seal for the Quarter Glass. Then I took out the foam backing that was put in there by the SC and replaced it with a 3/8” Rubber Backer Rod. So far this is holding its shape very well in the cold weather and I am no longer hearing any wind noise leaking inside the cabin.

The rubber backer rod is difficult to push through on its own so I used an Ethernet fishing line and 3-in-1 silicone inside the seal to help pull it through.

Pretty disappointing to have to do this on Cybertruck. I've taken mine in a bunch of times for wind noise issues that get amplified in the cold. On a long winter roadtrip a few weeks back, it was so bad from the passenger side front and back windows that we were stuffing napkins in between the glass and the rubber to get it to stop.

Pretty unacceptable, unpleasant, etc. Shouldn't be happening. I'm glad Tesla is buying back my CT. I can't live with wind noise in my vehicle any longer.

Run the window calibration process in service. That’s the only thing that I’ve actually had be effective for this personally.

I noticed this on my Cybertruck as well. A slight (very slight) push on the window down button fixes mine. I haven’t looked into recalibrating the windows and mostly because it only happens in the cold weather. But same thing. High speeds you hear and feel it. Just a small adjustment down and it’s gone. Good luck.

Exactly the same with mine. Luckily, it’s only the rear passenger side window.

Also, it seems the majority of people have this issue only with rear passenger window…

I looked at my rear passenger window today, and opened and closed the door, to watch the window seal from the outside. It appears to go up, hit the top seal, and the window bulges a little when it stops. You can see the tiny gap on the B-pillar edge. To stop it, you'd have to have the window stop just a fraction earlier than its calibrated "top". I'm wondering if I put a little piece of foam, less than ¼" thick, in the top track and recalibrate so that it doesn't go up as far, will the window stay shut against the b-pillar gasket? If I find some foam, I'll do it tomorrow. Should I wash the truck too?
