This is typical and expected as an early adopter of brand new tech.

That would be horrible! I'd rewire it
I'd try to bargain with them. Maybe they could swap that functionality with FM Radio and Apple Music. I'm willing to sweeten the deal and thrown in the seatbelt reminder.

I love to give Tesla the benefit of the doubt, but there are way too many features on this car that are "coming soon". Does it really matter to me because I don't have one yet? Not really, but most people would chew any other automakers head off for this.

If you'll forfeit lumbar support... you've got a deal.

But it's been around for years. Same tech. Whats new really? Steer by wire? Been there done that in off roading for years. Nothing new here. Lockers are ancient tech too.

Hopefully Tesla accountants are tracking the value for all the features they still owe the buyers and not recognizing that revenue yet in their public earnings reports. Else its a Sorbanes-Oxley Act violation.

I bet the coming soon message is what contributed to the CyberTruck getting stuck out in the woods getting a Christmas tree. They blamed it on software issues. That was only 2 weeks ago.

That was driver error for sure. Had no reason to be off the road either. Going straight up a hill in snow? Lol. Lockers would have killed it and in video tires were spinning all around and some not, goes to show open diffs like we all know now lockers are not available via software. 2024 let's go!!
