My Custom New Spoiler Wing

I had a new spoiler built for my Manitoba FS. The top is stainless steel, and the bottom is painted steel. The builder even made little CTs for the end caps. Talented fellow.

Before anyone asks, he made it quite clear that he will never make another one. A pain in the ass to weld stainless. Ha. Oh well. I got one.

Any other new spoilers? I'm sure some are getting quite inventive.

very cool. looks well made, but how do you load into the bed? is it easily removable? does it keep the rear camera clear in the rain?

I might be wrong, but looking at the profile, that’s a wing. It’ll provide no downforce, instead it’ll actually provide lift. I know it’s just for looks, but could be a problem at high speeds, may hurt range.

Im guessing that’s only the ends to facilitate the CT profile on the edge but it does look like the middle is round at the bottom and flat at the top.

I’m making my own camper shell. Did it take long to do? What did you make the mould out of?

VERY COOL!

My son uses his CyberTruck for his welding business. He's good at stainless steel. I'll have to see if he wants to add that to product line.

I just wish our CyberTrucks were fast enough to need a spoiler. Nothing sucks more than losing a race to a Kia.

It does look like an airfoil. Maybe the lift will exceed the drag, make the rear a bit lighter and increase range (but maybe reduce traction); with the air directed over the tonneau it’s difficult to ascertain the effective angle of attack. (Just sayin…). It certainly looks very cool!

My Grok search indicates AWD CT is faster than 98% of the vehicles on the road. Only KIA i can think of is Kia Stinger? Even that I believe is slower than CT though.
