I had a new spoiler built for my Manitoba FS. The top is stainless steel, and the bottom is painted steel. The builder even made little CTs for the end caps. Talented fellow.

Before anyone asks, he made it quite clear that he will never make another one. A pain in the ass to weld stainless. Ha. Oh well. I got one.

Any other new spoilers? I'm sure some are getting quite inventive.

Thank you. I seriously doubt it will affect a 7,000 pound truck on anything less than 150 mph. It's just there for looks. I even had a limo I put a spoiler on. That's just who I am. ha.
150mph? Easy! You can do it!

Are you saying you drove 160 million miles in your lifetime?

Maybe you are reading the decimal wrong? Would it help you if I write it out long-hand?

1,160,000 miles

I did over 60K (is it okay if I leave the zeros off there?) just this year in just 2 of my vehicles: CT and M3:

It will 1000% reduce range. I would guess maybe 3-4%, nothing huge.

It says 1.160 I thought you were numbering that as number one. It is not a comma. Traveling at 70mph, 24 hours a day would take 250+ years.
I've driven over 2 million miles but that took about 50 years but I drove a truck.

Yep.

And Cool!

When I get my Tesla Semi, I'm going to get the real CDL. Utah has a EMS loop-hole where they will waive the over 25,000 GVW limit if it's fire engine, water tanker, etc.

This clearly fits the design aesthetic of the CT…and surprisingly well. Not just any real welder can do this…it takes creativity as well as craft to make something like this…or I guess a ridiculously good set of plans!

Not sure how a neutral wing can reduce range.

He’s an aeronautics engineer. He drew up the plans, cut the materials and welded it together. Talented fellow.
Super cool!!
Thank you
Gotta admit, I like the looks of that. I wouldn't add it, but I like the look.

What would be really cool, though, is if it cleaned up the airflow in the back behind the tailgate so the rear camera stayed clean...
I'm sure he could create something that keeps rear cameras clear, but it would probably spoil the look.

I think that would look great on my all-black, carbon fiber CB . . . especially when I'm racing (and beating) Kias!
