Damn.. you beat me to it. This is the setup I’m also building. Only difference is, I plan to have a 270 awning on the passenger side that opens to the front to cover the windshield, and a 180 awning on the drivers side.

Damn.. you beat me to it. This is the setup I’m also building. Only difference is, I plan to have a 270 awning on the passenger side that opens to the front to cover the windshield, and a 180 awning on the drivers side.
With rtt. you don't need 90 awning for passenger/driver side :p

Yes, you're right. Limit is 220 lbs.
But I thought it is for dynamic (durning driving). For static, it should much higher than 220 lbs. Tesla never has this information. It is what I guess. :p

Even 220 lbs. The tent only 120 lbs. Still OK when driving.

Why do you think that weight limit varies based on dynamic versus static? A relatively low weight limit makes sense with a mostly glass roof? The tent is undoubtedly cool, but I'd want confirmation that it could support the weight of the tent AND its occupant. Something more than a guess. ;)
