If you have a Cyberbeast and are waiting on a light bar you're going to want to read this!

With my voucher I decided I was going to do the winter rims and tires. Not too long ago they came available in the store again and I bought them. Then I found out I had to set up a service appointment to have them install them, it's part of the deal. I set up the appointment last week for November 7th. I was reading in here about light bar installations and decided since I had an open communication with service I would ask them about it. I said you guys don't have any light bars laying around there to take care of the install why I'm up here getting the tires put on do you? And he was not aware that I was going to get a light bar. I informed him that they come standard with the Cyber Beast. Long story short, he added that to my service appointment for this Thursday and I'm getting it put on at the same time. If I would not have asked them about it, no telling how long it would have been before they reached out to me.

Tried the same for an upcoming service appointment to replace the plastic rocker panel they damaged during delivery. I thought that would give me an extra shot, but they said nope. Have to wait to receive an email :-/

I just made a service appointment for "Install Lighter" no emails or notifications, just tried it, back at the beginning of October. Scheduled out one week. The messaged back, we don't have one yet, but we'll order it and schedule you for the end of the month, Got it installed on the 25th.

Did you choose accessories and upgrades and just select other and write “Install Lighter?” How did they know off-road light bar

I‘m picking up my non FS CB on 11/10, I messaged the advisor if I could buy the light bar and have them install before delivery but they said “ no updates on the light bar at this time”.

I've tried this a couple of times with wheel covers as well. No luck. They said they are assigned by VIN and they'll contact me when my numbers up. I'm taking my truck in on the 11th for the spare tire and I'll ask when I drop it off but I think I know the answer .

I choose install accessories. And wrote “Lightbar”. That was it

I have been waiting for the hub caps. Nothing. They have 7 trucks on the lot with them. I get nothing. I asked about the light. Nothing. I asked about the cargo racks supposed to be available. Nothing. I asked about the off road winter tires. Nothing.......... I Love my truck, absolutely but WTF PEOPLE. I already spent that 108k. What about us?
