I finally got my light bar today. In California it’s supposedly illegal and so the service center will not “connect” the wiring and will also cover the light with black tape.

With my voucher I decided I was going to do the winter rims and tires. Not too long ago they came available in the store again and I bought them. Then I found out I had to set up a service appointment to have them install them, it's part of the deal. I set up the appointment last week for November 7th. I was reading in here about light bar installations and decided since I had an open communication with service I would ask them about it. I said you guys don't have any light bars laying around there to take care of the install why I'm up here getting the tires put on do you? And he was not aware that I was going to get a light bar. I informed him that they come standard with the Cyber Beast. Long story short, he added that to my service appointment for this Thursday and I'm getting it put on at the same time. If I would not have asked them about it, no telling how long it would have been before they reached out to me.

Unfortunately this is the case with several items. But it’s across the board with all of their vehicles. It’s as though the service center has to manually see if a vehicle has received something or not.

Just got mine yesterday. Yes they kept it overnight. My SC rep at west Chester PA is super nice.
