I was picky since buying the truck about what kind of puddle lights I wanted. I went through two sets on my wife's Model 3 before finding one that was bright and clear, but I couldn't remember where I bought them from, so I wanted to do some research and be patient.

Fast forward to this past weekend, @Tesstudio sent me out there puddle lights that I won last month, and I was excited to pop them in and check off that accessory. If I were honest, I was sceptical at first, as buying puddle lights from Amazon stores didn't work out well in the past but, these things are Bright and Clear!

I went with the graffiti logo and love it. The installation was simple (they are puddle lights), but the Tes Studio ones were a bit tight to put in, I guess that's a good thing.

I'd recommend them if anyone is looking for puddle lights. Don't let the low price fool you; these things are cool. I wish pictures did them justice.

Being older I just do not get the point of these. Are they to help light up where you are getting into and out of?

I assume they are just deco's and really no real use. But if it trips your trigger go for it.

My guess would be a 6000k color temp. Super bright with just a tint of cool blue light. Definitely not a blue color just a daytime cool color, if that makes sense

think of them as pinstripes or fuzzy dice. totally unnecessary, but makes me smile when I see them.

The OEM lights are actually better for seeing “ahem” puddles….. but these are pure vanity. It’s just money towards another Cybertruck accessory.

When these first came out I was not a fan, but have to say they have grown on me.

I purchased these also and they are great.

Do they have that blue light lens aberration around the edge in person or is that the Camera picking it up.

Good eye, I really didn’t notice that until looking just now. It appears to be a convergence issue as it’s off in the beginning and end but perfect in the middle

You can’t see the blue unless you get down and close

Looks like they used separate RGB Leds instead of just a White Led. Would be impossible to line this up without a separate lens for each, which they might have. Have you tried different ride heights to see if they converge more or less as it goes up?

I just went and checked and see no blue light lens aberrations with my eyes. Must be the Camera doing that.
