Mine is in the garage. I live where it snows six months a year, I don't want to constantly brush off my vehicles and dig them out. CT is shorter than my last truck, so it fits well inside.

Mine lives in the garage except when it needs to charge. I live in an area with poor air quality and a lot of dust/dirt in the air most times of the year. I like keeping my vehicles clean so keeping them in the garage helps to maximize the times between cleaning.

Mine is going to be inside the garage and I’m lucky to have a spare garage. Mine is going inside for all the reasons previously stated…But really because I don’t want my neighbors mobbing it. There are none in our locale yet.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking; a sunshade.....a really BIG sunshade. I'll also likely tint the windows for UV/IR protection.
Most modern cars come with very effective coatings on the glass to block most UV/IR rays, and Tesla uses coatings in the top of the pack in this regard. Adding more only provides very small gains unless the OEM coatings are poor to begin with (which is the case for most cars).

Speaking of which. Is there actually a sunshade for sale that's big enough for the windshield?
Probably, I haven't looked. My Cybertruck is parked in the deep shade of tall trees most of the summer.

My garage will fit a CT with about 4 inches to spare (2" in the front, 2" in the back). I'm wanting to keep my 3 & Y for the time being so I will go from 2 to 3 cars.

Should I park my 2018 Model 3 outside or my 2024 Cybertruck?

I'll daily drive the 3 (for efficiency) so the CT would be mostly a weekend car.
I keep it garaged with 2.5” front and rear spacing left. To help make it easier to pull in we put these two bump tire things on the floor which center the tire and provides a stop. I think keeping the windows clean is the hardest part so inside helps a lot.

I park outside and every day around 9am I already receive the first "cabin overheat protection" alert. I think I need a canopy or something to block sun light because the sunshades are not big enough or very hard to setup

I’m looking into installing a lift in my garage, so my Tesla 3 can go on top of the Cybertruck, the other part of the garage is too short for the CT, but fits my Range Rover or the T3, but I thing the RR is too high…and that leaves the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the dog’s Honda Odyssey outside!

Heatshield has a two-piece sunshade.
