Unsupervised?

This is the real dream. Let's get there Tesla!

I will say this is all very impressive. I remember having to get a perfect safety score to be one of the first users with FSD in my Model 3. Was a pretty terrifying experience how many times the early FSD would mess up, I now have a ton of faith in the system.

The only question I continue to have is what about places with snow? I can't use FSD for 4 months a year, the cameras become covered within a minute of driving in snowy conditions. It seems like FSD will always be a seasonal/regional product.

This is an amazing achievement and should be blasted to the normies incessantly.

I did 14 hours of FSD 13.x driving in one day (this did include charge stops) a few months ago and rolled into the home location without feeling exhaustion or frustration. I have never driven 14 hours straight. I used to do 2100 mi one way out and back trips twice a year for a decade and couldn't do more that 7-8 hours without feeling like mental and physical collapse. FSD is life changing. My FSD percentage since the first iteration of 14.x is 87%.

I drove from Western NY to Central Michigan, going through Erie and Cleveland. I wasn't able to engage FSD for most of the trip. It was exhausting, the feeling is night and day compared to when you can use FSD.

These stories make me jealous. We should sell the northern USA to Canada and pay everyone that lives there to relocate for free to where FSD works year round.

You couldn’t use FSD because of snow?

I find it hard to believe that they did not have to goose the accelerator to maintain the speed limit during the trip, there would be some upset people driving behind them if they were going below the limit. Adjusting the speed is the most frequent "intervention" I perform with 14.2.2.2.

Very awesome, can’t drive five miles to my work on FSD without intervening five or more times one way.

Props to the OP. The dedication to make that happen is impressivo! I can't go too many hours on highways without goosing the accelerator here and there or taking over to get through a pack of NPCs clogging the lanes. Plus, I've had pretty mixed success with parking lots and such.

Im a little skeptical about 0 interventions…. 0 dosengagements? Ok MAYBE… but definitely not 0 interventions.

imo intervention is any interaction with the cars driving control, including signaling, changing speed profile, guiding steering wheel at all, touching the accelerator at all, and even i suppose wiping the windshield as that auto wiper is technically part of FSD. Additionally, i would argue that any manual map input other than the initial trip calculated at the beginning could be included as it is supposed to eventually navigate on its own too.

Congrats Dave! That's quite an accomplishment! No, not for you, for FSD! LOL!

Thank you for your patience in making it happen!
