Looks like they did a good job. This was on the top of my really want accessory list but at this point I've pretty much fully adapted to the rear view on the screen. Would be nice to have with the tailgate down though. And an extra dash cam could be a good thing I suppose.

I like everything except the rear camera placement. In rain or snow it will be absolutely useless . I could barely see out of the regular rear camera during the rain last week and it is placed significantly higher .

I guess you could put it wherever you want.

Could you place the camera on the top of your roof facing the back? (Is there a way to route the wire outside of the the cabin?)

It would be really cool if they could incorporate it into the top of the light bar. Of course forward and backward facing cameras. You would save a lot of wiring and make it easier to install. It would put it up high enough away from everything.? Maybe a better zoom with that adjustable lens. Thoughts??

It’s saying $399 and $79 off making it $320. But your thing says 30% not 20% so should be $279, is it not Working or did it change? Great job btw! Looks clean and well done!

I have always assumed that you will be able to mount side and rear facing cameras on the light bar and use the upper power harness (maybe with a transformer) for power. Alternatively, you could mount the cameras to a rack. Still need to route the camera feed to the mirror.

This is awesome but I foresee more efficient options coming in the future. If there was a way to just display the Tesla rear camera on the rear view mirror without having to route wire and mount the second camera, I’d get it in a heartbeat.

The wire to rear camera has extra length and can be higher or even on top of the cargo bed. Sky is the limit!
