Time to separate politics from car buying. It's quite a stretch but since some cannot win at the polls they resort to hate, even if it hurts what they are trying to achieve.
I consider Musk a historical savior of Western Civilization. Up there with Thermopylae. I didn’t buy a Tesla to be part of it. I don’t have that financial luxury.

I have issues with the lumbar support In the driver seat not staying inflated. Works fine on passenger side.
I know there is likely a leak in the bladder there but SC has not yet acknowledged it.
Is the lumbar support different in the CT? In my Model 3, it's just a plastic plate that moves around. No bladder. Maybe that's why service is not acknowledging it if there's no bladder to leak.

Ok, went to look at the EPC, and it does look like a bladder:

And since I wasn't sure if that was a bladder or plate, I went to the page for my Model 3, and it looks the same, so those must be plates, and not bladders, which kind of makes sense that Tesla would try to minimize parts. They've even got the same part #, though my Model 3 is 6+yrs old.

And my model 3 seats are infinitely more comfortable and supportive even though I feel like I’m sitting on the ground with the ridiculous sedan ride height.
Yea, I wonder at what point Tesla is going to do a voluntary recall for the CT seats.
Selling them as ventilated but having them so weak you can not tell if they are on or not seems problematic, and more people will realize that as the weather warms up.

I am finally getting my wheel covers and light bar for my one year old FS CB this week. When I scheduled the visit, they automatically added cleaning this area as a line item. I manually added the new wiper request since mine is the OG model and also had to manually add the Cant Rail replacement. However I received a note my location isn't doing the recall work yet and it likely won't be done.

I was told the cantrail recall will be like the lightbar. You will get a email when your part is ready.

An obvious one, but hugging the left lane when driving with FSD
Have you tired the service camera calibration? I've seen it's a common problem among many Teslaas, and that's usually the fix from what I have seen.

My truck does not ride left lane in FSD, ever. Its centered always. Not saying it wont do some silly stuff every now and again, and I am not a power user of it as the truck is just too fun to drive. But I usually use it for a leg of each trip a bit.

Try the camera calibration, first to see if fixes. If it doesn't, try the service mode camera calibration which will have to include a highway drive where you center in the center lane. Make sure to actually read how to properly do this and don't just dive in based off this comment. I have never done it, but if I did, I would look into how to do from someone who has done.

Interesting, so the replacement part for my Model 3 is a bladder, and not the original plate.

I had a popping noise in drivers seat when I shifted position in the seat. Turned out a part for the seat ventilation system came loose. Once it was reattached my cooling improved noticeably.

Front passenger seat also had a rattle going over rough surfaces. Lumbar component was loose.

Also creaking noise from both drivers side doors during spirited acceleration and deceleration. According to service advisor the doors needed slight adjusting.
Were you able to reattach yourself, or did the SC do it? Mine are super weak too.

Yeah. Not exactly sure what’s broken but I know when I increase the lumbar support, it’s good for about 30-60 seconds.
not actually sure if the lumbar support value is saved with the seat profile or not.

It's not, but a recent X thread with Lars mentioned possibly approximating the setting (there is no inflation feedback sensor to use like the other seat adjustments have).

Model 3 has always been bladders also. The assembly includes a plate though.

My seats seem to work fine with the AC, i usually don't go over 2-3 on my AC . once in awhile i'll go 4 when i am feeling a little more warm, i need to get some tint as well. But, still my seats at 2-3 can easily be heard and have had no real complaints with that. If i forget to turn them on and turn them on, i can feel them come on, maybe i am lucky or just low expectations. my 2023 f250 ventilated seats were pretty amazing though
