I would only sign something like that if the dealer sold it a MSRP or less. Which is also unlikely to happen. For me to give up my right to sell there would have to be some benefit that I would gain. Even then I am not sure I would agree to this. I think this just might be a way to limit sales and allow dealers to mark up the prices without competition from flippers.
