So what should motivate one to choose a drivers side vs passenger side version of this?

It's quicker for the driver to open it than to walk around to the passenger side:ROFLMAO:

This looks incredible.

I don’t want a rack like the urander though, but I would buy something like this that i could stow in the bed and deploy when needed if that could be made possible somehow. Needs to be compatible with the cybertent.

Maybe something is mounted to the L track in the bed and folds up or something like that. Make it happen and I’ll buy it, haha.

doesnt look like theres coverage for the front door. how much coverage does the rear door have? some 270s provide full shelter to the rear door and even some partial shelter to the front. like if you were to add walls - both doors could open into the room that was created:

We also have that version and it’s ready to ship from our Fremont warehouse. The front will swing forward, but we haven’t started making it with a hard shell yet, and that version is a bit taller.

Looks really modern and functional!
Just a few questions -

How do you power-on the LEDs?
Are those molle panels on the cover usable?
Do you have the installation manual available?

I love the hardshell concept for both looks and areodynamics. 🤩

Can you post actual dimensions of the canopy, like this?:

I literally just installed this Topoak awning this morning (sorry to post competitor's products here, but hey, it's hard to avoid on these forums 😬 🤷). And as you can see, it measures 74" out away from the truck, and you can judge that it looks about the same size as yours in this 74" dimension based upon how it overlaps the rear to the truck, and the same Urander bed rack, as your canopy:

That 8.2" long dimension (which is about 99") doesn't seem very relevent for actual shaded area, unless the awning poles really are that long (instead of 74" which is closer to what they look like for reasons described above).

You can plug our USB to Type C power cables into your Cybertruck’s outlet, or connect them to a power bank - we have a pouch to store the power bank.

Here’s a better picture of the awning with the rear door on the rack open. Ours is 95" compared to the 74" you have. Once you see the build quality of our awning in person, it’s clear they’re not really competitors - it’s not even close. :ROFLMAO: We still have 5+ of the same awnings as yours sitting in our warehouse from last year when we first collaborated with that manufacturer. We decided to pass on them and never even listed them.

For Gen 2, we switched from black to light grey to stay cooler in the summer and added a graphene coating for better UV protection.

Well, I definitely like the 95" part, that extra 21" (95" - 74" = 21") really adds a lot more area for shade and rain cover. And I really like the hard cover and it's sleek looking design that goes well with the futuristic look of the Cybertruck.

But the trade-off here is that it doesn't cover the driver side door. My driver side preference is due to having that door covered so if it is raining, or even just to shield from the sun when you need to go in and out of the driver's seat to control things in the truck from the center dash console.

Which brings me to this:

We also have that version and it’s ready to ship from our Fremont warehouse. The front will swing forward, but we haven’t started making it with a hard shell yet, and that version is a bit taller.
Do you have plans to make a hard shell version like this? That would really interest me. I don't want to get soaked when it's pouring every time I want to get in and out of the driver side "commander's seat." 😂

This is my first awning ever (and first roof rack), so I decided to go with the budget-friendly awning to start off. But I would be interested in upgrading one day. 😁

Looks interesting. I like the look of the Camp Pano too. Any place to look at it in person in San Diego?
