JUST A HEADS UP TO ANYONE HAVING THEIR CYBERTRUCK WRAPPED IN LAGUNA BEACH CALIFORNIA. Vet the shop very thoroughly. I saw a wrap on Facebook and loved the color so I contacted the shop. Spoke with them on the phone several times to confirm what I was expecting (detail before wrapping to remove debris, wrap all corners with no stainless edges showing, remove mirrors/fenders, etc). This shop talked the talk but clearly tgey don’t walk the walk. Now I have to take it somewhere else to remove this mess and start over. It’s clearly my fault because I trusted a short video of their work on social media. I should have asked for references, looked at their work and watched them actually install a wrap. Anyone can throw on a wrap but it takes a skilled artist to do it right. I would be extremely ashamed and embarrassed to hand over this job to a customer.

How much did you pay? Can you dispute if with credit card?
Quoted 3,500. Paid $1325 deposit for material and was going to pay balance at completion. Received truck yesterday in this condition and refused to pay balance. They blamed the wrap material (FlexiSheild PPF), the cold weather and me for only giving them 3 days to complete. They initially told me it would take 2 days. I said no problem and they could even take an extra day if necessary which they ended up doing.

They also tinted my windows for $850.

Hopefully the shop guarantees their work... If not, I would definitely dispute it on my CC. I always use my AmEx if possible since they have purchase protection for shit work like this.

I have a thick PPf and had my guy wrapp the edges and a few days later I had a few issues like you have on the wrapped edges and was super worried. I took it back and he fixed them by re prepping the area primer and what ever they use to stick it better and I haven't had a issue sense. so some of your stuff is fixable but I don’t know what’s up with that scratch ? Def don’t pay the rest though.

Holy sheet. That’s the worst quality wrap install that I have ever seen. Amateur at best!

I hope you used a CC for payment. A charge dispute is warranted in this case.
