I haven’t seen the redundancy issue

You can’t say that again! (Get it? Dad joke)I am not sure. Worth bringing in to service center to diagnose
Yes, sevice Center has it and they say it will be ready tomorrow at 5:00 PM. I'm anxious to find out what caused it. Now, I have to say Tesla service center's response was excellent. in just a couple of hours they had an experienced flat bed truck driver on the ferry and arriving at my drive-way and back across the bay on the ferry checked in and diagnosed by this afternoon . I do not think GM or Ford would have that kind of service.I am not sure. Worth bringing in to service center to diagnose
Please let us know what are they planning to replace. It looks like parts are not the same even for similar issues.Well my truck got the errors and stopped charging overnight. Tried universal charger and mobile charger - says AC charging unavailable.
Messaged the local service center, they said bring it in since I had appointment for the 19th anyways, but now it won’t charge at all.
They gave me a loaner though, so all good for now.

Most of my communications have been through the app, the service tech have been fairly easy to chat with. Any in person chats I've had have also been pleasant and they share info readily. In my case they had the vehicle for about 5 days and gave me another CT loaner.I got the redundancy failure detected message and do not drive warning. the truck has been in the service center four days and have gotten the status of diagnosing in progress for those four days. I've Just now have been given a service appointment of a week from now. is there a way other than messaging the service department to determine what the actually status is and what part/s is going to be replaced. you all seem to get the inside scoop on things.
I got my cybertruck back today. Problem was a connecter somewhere associated with and around a steering motor had become unconnected. Good news it wasn't the PCS problem, but what would cause a loose connector and has anyone else had this? my experience with automobile and other connectors they are very hard to disconnect.I got the redundancy failure detected message and do not drive warning. the truck has been in the service center four days and have gotten the status of diagnosing in progress for those four days.
