Many years ago, I was laid off from a job during an economic downturn, yeah it really sucks. That said, sometime in the bigger picture the medicine hurts in the short term, kind of like ripping a Band-Aid off. Covid exposed many vulnerabilities in our country, such as not even making medicines and antibiotics domestically. A correction is needed. Hang in there.
