what a load of TDS crap! TSLA was at $225 last week and no complains? Tariffs have no immediate effect on you if ever. The only reasonable reason, you couldn't afford it in first place and shouldn't have bought it in first place.

Sounds to me like you shouldn't have bought the CT in the first place, given your financial troubles and should have focused on your family priorities first.

These countries all charge more to US companies in tariffs than we do to their products. By double the rate than the USA just adjusted to. These countries know that their citizens will pay the extra tariffs to buy American crap. So, if WE don't want to pay these higher prices, then buy American, and you can then not have to worry about child/slave labor either.

When I immigrated legally to the US back in the 80s, there were products actually made in the USA. And people in other countries wanted USA made things. Now if you take something from USA to overseas as gift, they tell you they don't want the crap that is made in their country and exported to the US.

I challenge you to find products at Wallyworld and Amachong products made in the USA. I buy these foreign made products too - but am willing to pay more for American made stuff.

Sorry it came across as finger wagging but just saying sometimes we need to think out if a large purchase makes sense. You need to weigh out your strategy if things go south- No different than gambling on the stock market- put in only what you can afford to lose, that is the risk.
