I didn’t do any videos, but I do have a bunch of random photos I took during it (I’ll attach some). T-Sportline has a series of really good videos on how to install the different configurations (bumper only, winch, high current power supply, fog light kits), I actually had my i-pad on the ready with these during the entire install, they were super helpful. Here’s the link:

Thank you, I was wondering if the factory bumper comes off and the new one replaces it, looks like it does. I'd probably go a similar route as to what you did with the lights and winch in the bumper but instead of the KC lights I'd do the warthog shaped pushbar/pull hooks on either side of the winch to align with the Halo motif. Good use of the engine stand to hold the bumper in position while you work to fasten it down. I'd probably have to use some helpers if I can pry my kids away from their phones.... ?

Looks great, I love the addition.

A consideration.
Having been in a front end deer hit and seeing multiple of them. You want armor infront of your headlights. The things are $1200 and have two plastic clips and one stabilizer pin in the back holding them on. I had Zero bumper damage and some minor frunk damage but the headlight was all busted up.
Any branch could do the same if it gets in that spot.
This was a 55mph hit.

This looks awesome ?! I recently installed my ctx bumper and want to diy my own bull bar/brush guard since I don't love the look of the oem one. I was thinking of having it fold forward to access the front instead of bulging out to avoid the sweep. How did you powder coat it and get that rough texture, send it to a shop? Any chance that you'd be willing to share your drawings? Would be helpful if only for screw hole alignment

For the powder coat, I had it done at a shop that I use a lot for other projects. The powder I used is made by Axalta, it is their Eco Black Tex, it literally matches the texture and color perfectly. I’ll include picture of box label for reference.

I drew it in SolidWorks, but I can save the assembly as a .step or .igs if you have access to a program that can open those. I do have the .dxf files for each flat (the file type used for the laser/plasma cutting) if you will be machine cutting it. DM me if you want these.

I attached a pdf drawing of the base plate. This aligns with the six existing mounting holes on the bumper. Once all the plates on the bull bar assembly were totally welded together, I then cut out the center piece connecting the two ends with a cutting wheel (this kept everything straight and true during the weld up).

Very nice fan job. Looks absolutely great! Just a thought, would it not be awesome to have the smiley faces replaced with the three monkeys? Here no See no Speak no evil. LOL

I love that design and I already have the bumper/winch installed. Any chance you would sell me a finished Bull bar?

For people who have bull bars, how do they affect the usability of the frunk? I imagine a little less practical for bench use for example. I really do like the look, just trying to think through all the ins and outs of installing one.
