Western Colorado 98% positive. The great majority love to peek inside and ask questions. Kids and adults love it! As a side note, we consider ourselves to be completely separate from Eastern Colorado. There are some great people there, but they are currently surrounded by questionable decision makers.

A new owner on FB just panicked post purchase that his area has tremendous hate for the CT and he can’t take it.

Wouldn’t you have know if you live in a super lib area dominated by Subarus? Never good idea to own against the lib approved vehicles.

Just today (Mother’s Day 2025, coming up on 1 1/2 years since first deliveries) I had kids chase me down the block to express their love for the truck, then I parked it at a business and had a kid get a pic with it from his Mom. The love is high in TX! Got a thumbs down from a Ram about a month ago, that’s the only recent hate it’s gotten.

This last week had a husband/wife couple check it out at Lowe’s and a family check out the cybertruck at baseball practice, both kind and curious and impressed with some of the features

My band just played the Blanchard, LA Poke Salad Festival. My CT was parked in the restricted band parking area, and after the gig I had 38 events on Sentry, just curiousity!

I get so much love from kids, the only one incident that I almost flipped was this 60 year old boomer driving an old Audi SUV stopped in the oncoming lane and started pointing and laughing at me. I had my 3 kids in the back and my wife in the passenger, I was a split second away from U-turning and confronting him but cooler heads prevailed.

Honestly, if it happens again and I'm alone, I'm at the point where I'm going to confront them and challenge them to a physical fight.

New tactic in Colorado. After the crazy people settled down for a few weeks they are back. The new tactic is to loudly yell “Boooooo Tesla. You bought a truck from a Nazi”. I had that happen twice in Denver this weekend. Both people were young males but not trans. Two people does not a trend make but it was notable due to the similarity in their approaches.

I got a nice gimbal grip for my phone that can be easily operated with one hand. Start/stop recording, zoom, reposition, start person tracking, etc. If a hater starts with their shenanigans, I start filming them with a big grin and encourage them to give me a good show so that I can collect some good content to post online.

Ironically in the past week of me driving around with the window down and being aggressively camera-ready, everyone has been on good behavior.

I'm in washington and some jerkface just dumped a full 16 ounce caramel latte with oat milk on my truck as I drove away. Worst hate I've gotten in a year of ownership, and that jerkface was me. ?

This is the first time I've driven away with something on top of my car. ?
