Tires look great with the center caps, but the wheel covers have always looked a bit out of place on any tires other than OEM IMO. Diffuser delete would be perfect with some kind of cheap piece to clean it up. Right now looks a bit unfinished. Maybe the aftermarket will come through with something for that.

Truck looks great.
I just asked @CYBERTRUCKco about making a flat piece to fill in that area of the rear bumper. They have no plans so we should all ask them.

I think he does make some sort of deflector thing for diaper elimination and also his rear bumper which is hella nice

They do make a diffuser style I just want a flat panel to close off that area

I completely disagree... those tires are the BEST I have seen!!! Super meaty and ready for off-road.

Do you need to do anything other than remove the little front fairing?

I hope you are planning on taking her mostly off road. With that aggressive tread pattern, your road resistance will greatly increase as you probably know, over oem tires. But hey, who cares when they look that badass! I'm just jealous!
