This truck comes packed with things that my Jeep Gladiator just didn't have and the primitive camping experience is not something I can compare. I struggled with solar panels and batteries while camping with my jeep, but the Cybertruck packs so much power. Cooking, heating water, storage and clearance.

But that begs the question. With all the amentias we have with the Cybertruck is it still boondocking. Just a fun conversation to have that at the end of the day it does not matter because adventuring with the Cybertruck has been an absolute blast this past year.

That is quite the set up. Love it. Cybertruck definitely takes glamping to a new level. Is that a composting toilet I see? That is next on the list for us.

Great post but I have to ask, how far “overland” are you driving?

I could top up my late Jeep 4xe with my generator’s ethanol free gasoline (or pretty much any gas I could bring with me).

I am still getting comfortable with how far we can go overlanding. The round trip in Denver a month ago was 160 miles and still had 30% when we got back to the charger in Colorado Springs. The kitchen set up does not actually take too much energy unlike Dog mode.

I have not taken the Cybertruck 40 miles down padre island yet like I used to do in the jeep. The charger is still 20 miles from the beach access and sand used to eat up the fuel in the Jeep

You can find some information on the web ourcyberweekend.com

I started building accessories for my cybertruck in my garage and people showed interest in wanting them so Our Cyber Weekend was born.

The frunk kit available now is a lot of work with fabrication and custom powder coating. It is absolutely beautiful and the people who have it are really happy. That said, I am currently working on a stripped down more simple version that people have expressed interest in and I should have that ready in a week or so.

The roof Rack was the first thing that I made as I wanted something that did not interfere with using the bed. and I wanted to mount a light bar to it. I will have that available soon, but still need to design a simpler quick connect for adding attachments, I used to have my traction boards on it. I will put a fishing rod holder and a mount for my electric chainsaw. but I don't want to drive long distances with the attachments on it because it consumes far too much energy. I need to be able to put the toys on quickly when I get to location. much like I do with my Kayak.

The kitchen is something I made just for fun and it kind of took on a life of its own. I am still deciding if I will make it available or not
