Yep that’s all they have in their Cybertruck recommendations. Maybe most owners won’t actually drive over 112 mph and be relatively save with S-rated tires.
Cybertruck page shows:
Dual and Single top speed is 112 mph [ by chance :) ]
Tri-Beast is 130 mph

I’d like some more info and clarity on whether Tesla lowered the weight rating on these Goodyears

someone seemed to suggest that earlier

I just replaced 4 tires on a Mazda 3, the total cost was less than 1 of these tires
I did my TMX last year before a 5500 mile road trip at ~$300 each

the OEM custom Goodyears presumably won’t come in two speed rating flavors, but for after those are chewed through (and they WILL be chewed through) then it sounds like folks will have some 112 speed rated options for the dual

curious about the load ratings though

meanwhile, for folks who want to run the aero covers that go with the Goodyears, I wonder if they’ll either (A) look ok, or (B) play well with the aftermarket sidewalls

Meanwhile, I’m conflicted about running the aero covers. While they look ok and will help the range, I think those attachment rings over time are likely to chew up the finish on the wheels

if so, kind of makes running the aero covers an all-or-nothing decision. Take them off on delivery so as to save the wheel finish, or only take them off when you don’t mind the wheel rash showing

we’ll see!

Not sure what I'm missing as I thought these were all 'E's.
Load Range: E
Max. Load= 3,640 lbs
Max. psi= 80 psi

Bottom line? Expect to fork out over $2,000 at your favorite tire store for a new set of OEM shoes.

With spirited driving I see Cybertruck owners replacing tires every 10-20,000 miles.

Gotta pay to play - 35" tires aren't cheap, speed rated ones, Tesla centric ones, etc

So this confirms that the all terrain premium tire Tesla will be putting on by default for CT will be that new Duratrac...

I ran Duratracs on my Grand cherokee during the couple years I had it. They were a pretty good tire. I even ran them during the winter (and we have harsh winters here in Quebec). As previously stated, they are not as good as a dedicated winter tire but they work fine. The only gripe I had was the road noise. It was pretty annoying on dry pavement.

From what I read from multiple people who ran them, the BFG KO2 tire is a quieter tire on road and performs similarly in offroad and snow. If memory serves, the KO2 is the tire that comes by default on the Raptors.

When the Duratracs are due for replacement I will probably go for KO2s unless something better comes along.

Online reviews are saying that they're okay for light snow, but not real snow. Guess I'll still be swapping out for winter tires half the year. (Edit) I guess there are other versions of this tire that aren't "Three Peak"?
There appears to be a "Standard" and "Pro-Grade" [aka LT sizes (GY link)] that is different. TireRack desc (link)

The Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar® is Goodyear's premium On-Road All-Terrain tire developed for light truck drivers looking to combine on-road competence with off-road versatility. Offered in Standard Load sizes for half-ton vehicles, Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar tires are also available in Pro-Grade Load Range E sizes for three-quarter and one-ton pickup trucks, vans and SUVs that regularly haul or tow heavy loads.

Wrangler All-Terrain Adventure with Kevlar tires feature a longwearing, specialized rubber tread compound (Pro-Grade tires use an even more chip- and chunk-resistant tread compound that enhances wear in high-torque applications). These compounds are molded into a multi-faceted symmetric tread design that combines rugged looks along with on-road comfort and off-road traction. Open shoulder blocks and traction ridges at the base of the outboard circumferential grooves help clear mud and snow (Pro-Grade tires meet the industry's severe snow service requirements and are branded with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) symbol).

The sidewall rubber compound features Goodyear's Durawall Technology to protect the polyester cord body by resisting cuts, punctures, scuffing, and abrasion

The tire's internal structure includes twin, high-tensile steel belts reinforced by a spirally wrapped layer of next-generation DuPont Kevlar* cord to combine strength with comfort (Pro-Grade belts feature thicker steel cords reinforced by two layers of spirally-wrapped DuPont Kevlar cord).

Thanks. So okay for light snow, but not great for places with a real winter.
