Does this have the “forced” door modules that you need to connect for it to work? I had to return one from another vendor because the door modules were wonky

I'd love to install this product, esp. for the car play capability.

Still don’t get what car play would add. Used to have it on my bolt and it was ok (except that Apple has all sort of ideas about what’s ok in the car and what’s not) but if tesla
is doing the navigating and working the iTunes, why?

Maybe a little higher res than my tiny traveler.

The clamp looks like it was CyberTruck specific and separate from the screen mount. Can you provide a link or info on it?

Customizable vehicle icons — choose your Cybertruck’s wrap color!
Choose your wrap color? Or does it read the same USB file as the one you have showing on the Tesla Dash? Because mine displays exactly as my custom wrap design. It would be weird if it didn't match the main Tesla display.

Ok I would be willing to install this under certain conditions:

1) That this install does not require removal of the door panels to get at the door controllers simply to show if a door is open or closed as all the prior screens have required.
2) That this unit actually has a different housing/shell that is designed for the Cybertruck. The ones shown on your website are for the new Model 3/Y and the housing and airflow channel are designed for those cars and those are different from the Cybertruck. Please tell me you aren't trying to wedge the Model 3/Y unit into the Cybertruck.
3) That the install into the wiring harness doesn't interfere with any other items installed into the same harness.
4) That the UI changes from day to night mode in the same way that the Cybertruck's factory screen does. Prior 2nd screen add-on units had to have their brightness adjusted manually they did not follow the brightness of the truck's factory screen or shift from day to night mode.
5) That it doesn't have its own speaker that will always try to grab the sound when coming over Bluetooth. For example, with the prior screen if you attempted to play some Bluetooth audio source from your phone it would no longer play through the Tesla's speakers but instead played through a little crappy speaker embedded into the screen unit which should only be used confirmation beeps or other such audio cues.
6) That the mounting is such that the steering wheel does not block line of site to the screen. With the prior 9 inch 2nd screens the steering wheel always blocked a portion of the screen and suppliers suggested that owners splurge on a yoke steering wheel to avoid blocking line of site to the screen.
7) I'd want to know that the system updates are supported for at least 5 years. I've had 2 prior screens in my Model 3 (secondary screens like this one) and in both instance updates stopped coming after about a year and in one instance the screen became unusable. The other screen I had to track down fixes for to finally get it to properly display information.
8) While I'm sure you don't have it, supporting the custom image files for custom wraps on your secondary screen would be nice to have since I already have that on my primary screen I don't want the secondary screen just showing a stainless look or solid color.

As you can see, I have been down this road before, multiple times so I believe I am very qualified to give a proper review to your unit should you be able to meet my criteria. I look forward to your response.

This would be awesome to try out in my Cybertruck — love the bigger screen and split view, and I’d be happy to share pics and feedback once it’s installed!
