Merry Christmas to you too. Not sure how it’s useful in a Tesla but I’d like to try.
I’m also curious about your car play device as a way to connect let’s say a Nintendo switch to the car’s screens. Would that work in a Tesla?

I wouldn't use this in my Teslas for obvious reasons, but my company's work fleet (14 vans and cars) are dumb old gas vehicles, and this would be amazing to have in there.

Are there bulk discounts for fleets on the LTE subscription? What carrier is used?

I'd like to try it out too. We have a 24' Lincoln Navigator that its perfect to try on. Like others mentioned I don't know the use case on a Tesla since it already has all this built in, but the Navigator would definitely benefit from this.

If you want me to test this for you I will be happy to do it as I have a Ford Mavrick Hybrid that could use this. I can also post results and comments on the Mavrick Forum site which I am also a member of.

Merry Christmas and hope your New Year goes well and safe.

1. Really interested having an additional dashcam to get continuous recording,
because the Teslacam only stores recordings when triggered, like using a horn,
but often I which I was able to retrieve an older event.

2. Something I noticed with the Teslacam recording is that the front camera recording
is quite narrow. In particular when at a stop sign, the camera doesn't shows the vehicles
stopped on the right or on the left. I have a case where I would have be interested to show
that another vehicle didn't stopped and cut in front of me while I was going to start.

I noticed the LAMTTO 360 Degree View 4 Channel Dash Cam who would certainly the
type of dashcam that I'd like to get to get a larger field of view compare to Teslacam.

3. I got my car vandalized recently, but using Sentry all the night takes too much energy.
So I'd like to use a separate dashcam all the night using an additional backup battery.
In fact I purchased recently a 12V battery with pass-through charging for that purpose.

I would be interested by the night triggering event recording and Cloud alert push notification.

4. I'd like to find a way to capture the Tesla navigation screen, to compare what FSD
can see and then generates on the screen with what a dashcam records. Currently
there is no way to record the Navigation screen.

So it would be great to use an additional camera, maybe attached under the ceiling
to record the Navigation screen. Maybe using temporarily the rear camera to do so
is something I'd to evaluate too.

5. Evaluating night recording is something I would be interested to compared with Teslacam
who provides a more or less brury recording especially for the rear camera.

6. Ultimately, be able to read the license plate of other vehicle would be a crucial test
when evaluating a dashcam compare to Teslacam.

Merry Christmas in advance!

Regarding the in-car device you mentioned, it seems it's not currently compatible with Tesla due to protocol conflicts. Therefore, you probably won't be able to play your Switch in your car.:ROFLMAO:
