My struggling musician neighbor has a habit of practicing his saxophone on Sunday mornings while Iām trying to sleep. I donāt like that. If I can tax saxophone playing he wonāt be able to afford it and I will be happy. Thatās all that matters.
Donāt forget we still have other options too. E85/E100 can power many ice cars built today and of course there is biodiesel. It may take quite a while for BEV to be viable in trucking so I expect these options will be available for a very long time.
Thatās exactly the setup at my house. Whole house backup with auto switch and then I have several UPS placed in a few places I donāt want to shut off for the short time the generator is starting and switching like internet router, POE security cams, DVR, PCs, and just a couple led table lamps...
Just⦠Wow⦠I hope thatās all some kind of inside joke that Iām missing.
Wraps arenāt supposed to last decades. If you want a finish to last that long you pony up the coin and paint it. And yes, Tesla could make the CT out of plastic but they would probably only sell 2, not 2 million.
Interesting thought. It seems like a it would definitely expand potential customers. Maybe options like this will appear after a year or two of feedback once initial trucks are on the road.
I donāt think itās simple to abandon them but taxpayers pay to clean up a lot of things. Condemned houses, factories, abandoned cars, tires thrown in ditches, on and on. I donāt see anything particularly special about gas stations. Itās good to see taxes going toward something useful anyway...
Maybe not purposely use it but having 4wd/AWD has many safety benefits. Think pulling out in rain, sliding in snow or ice, recovering from hydroplaning or recovering from an unusual attitude of some sort. Lots of safety benefits. Even though my daughter will never actively select 4wd, and will...
Could be called the TESLAvision jet lol. Wish I could afford a 206. Did my training in a 150 and 172 all the way through private. Been eyeballing a Beech Sierra. Iāve had a sour taste when it comes to Cirrus due to a couple reasons. I picked the 172 because that is what I am most familiar with...
Yes! This would lead to a lot of creative folks coming up with different solar designs. It would be so cool to have a built in MPPT with a simple + and - MC4 or similar plug that would accept a decent range of DC voltage and amps. This would be one of the coolest features for a CT in my opinion...
Iāve never put a tape to mine but I donāt think CT is wider than the duals but I could be wrong. Actually Iām almost certain itās not, my truck is freakin wide in my driveway. If the CT is wider I will not be able to go through my main bankās drive thru. I have about 2 inches on each side to...
