So, 14.2.2.1 broke my hands free FSD basically. Start of every drive it says it’s disabled and starts telling me to put force on the wheel.

Pick up a device and you get a near instant FSD strike out.

Also, it keeps doing 3 under the speed limit in hurry mode. May need to run mad max to keep up with traffic? Afraid it’ll do 60 in my 35 zone though.
Try a reset!

Mine worked fine, but I only tested for a few highway miles.

Well at least not my experience. I had the one version come out around Dec 15th when I had my CT at the airport. I parked at about 85% and about 2 3/4 days later I had 72% even though it was pending that update most of the time. The update was pulled, not sure why, but several folks reported various problems. I had sentry mode on the whole time, but cabin overheat likely didn’t kick in as it was 55-75 out in AZ and I was in a covered garage.
I have plenty of times where I can park and lose less than 1% per day with sentry off and climate control off in a covered garage. I suspect the problem has something to do with iOS notifications as signing out of the app massively reduced the electricity waste from 6% while in low power mode to 1% per day

Weird for sure then, I he truck isn’t sending the notifications, it would come from the Tesla cloud service

14.2.1 was better for me.

This one is slow and the profiles are not responsive to adjust speed. E.g. going under the limit in Standard > scroll to hurry or mad max > still slow > then it speeds up too fast > scroll back down to standard > goes back too slow again

Significant brake tap at right turn at an intersection with blinking right arrow. I hit the accelerator to push through the hesitation.

Will scroll wheel reset and see it there is any improvement
Dry wipes are back with a vengeance. Same windshield cleanliness as before the update and it wipes nearly every time I engage FSD.
Scroll reset did NOT correct the slow speed discrepancy.

Got the CT back from service that just did the camera cleaning. Polished inside and out with Adam’s glaze and still dry wipes every time FSD is engaged. Ughhhhhh

14.2.2.1 activation process

Press right scroll wheel > press wiper icon > select OFF

Your CT will now slowly take you to your destination in peace.

No go. Tried various power downs also. Going to open a ticket and wait two weeks for a service appointment, only for it to be fixed in 11 days when the next update hits. hah

I’m wondering if there is ANY CORRELATION to FSD statistics and what updates are received. I had an FSD percentage of 96% and got FSD v14.2.2.1 on 24 December, the day it was released.

I RARELY get dry wipes. Could it be that I’ve cleaned my windshield camera area “regularly”? Do you guys also get “clean the camera” notifications? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just a few times over the last few days, but that was due to rain.
I had the truck in for service last month where they cleaned the camera housing and with the previous FSD version 0 dry wipes. But since the last update a couple days ago is get several per drive.

As I am typing this while in FSD and 37 miles into a road trip, I haven't had a dry wipe yet….. Odd

I haven't had a dry wipe since I had Tesla do the camera cleaning and also got the 14.2.1.25 update. I got a new wiper blade installed too but doubt that would matter.
