What software version was it running? Did it happen after a software update?
I think it did have something to do with the software update. Several people are reporting it now

Don’t know if similar, in Autopilot or steady speed while going 50mph up over a hill and back down a grade, the rear wheels kinda shutter, (drive motor) like they are not timed with the front. (Wubba, wubba, wubba)? Normal?

It should be noted that a lot of the service side error codes that generate are not legit errors. Some of them are software bugs causing false alerts, etc. Typically the serious/legit ones make it to the consumer side alerts.

I had an appointment at my service center a while back for service side error codes like this, and they had tesla engineers remote wire into the trucks system and determined that the error codes were just due to bugs with the firmware release and not actually anything going on with the truck. The very next software update and those errors went away (and new ones formed).

I'd still probably have the service center look at it though, considering it is just spamming mostly one error code.

edit: Info for that particular error code:

  • Based on forum reports for Tesla vehicles the alert naming scheme ICR_aXXX often ties to the In Cabin Radar (ICR) or occupant-detection / sensor radar systems. For example:
An alert “ICR_a137 – Cabin occupancy radar obstructed” says the in-cabin radar sensor is blocked by a physical object.
  • The phrase “AbnormalBlockageDetected” suggests the system found something obstructing the sensor or radar’s line of sight — something it deems outside of normal range.
  • Putting it all together: The “ICR_a139” code likely means the in-cabin radar sensor detected a blockage (or abnormal object) preventing normal function of occupant detection / related features.

me personally, I would since I wouldn't enjoy the process of potentially getting stranded somewhere.

yeah, but he is experiencing drivetrain issues at the moment. I don't see a need to chance it. If there is indeed an issue caused by a recent firmware, then it would be a great help to the rest of the fleet to suss out this bug. even if it may be an edge case.
