hows the supercharging network? are you ever nervous running out of power, or every stop is pre-planned pretty much?

what are your backup equipment for flat tires etc?

I have drove from San Diego to Georgia and then back in a 2020 Model Y Performance. There was never a worry or concern. The car is constantly monitoring and ensuring you make it. Plus there is like a 5-10 mile buffer even when and if the car says it is at 0%. The software and supercharger network is incredible

What an incredible road trip! Where are you now on your trip?
I'm taking off tomorrow from Texas and heading to the Tesla Diner. Then head north to Trona Pinnacle, California for a few days and then leaving on Sunday for Sedona, AZ 🤓

Go Canada Great trip I wish the Tesla diner wasn't in California that will be the worst drive of the trip. Good luck in Vegas $$$.

We just road tripped from PA to TX, then to FL, then back to PA.
FSD is great on road-trips. People are getting used to seeing CTs around now ... not approached nearly as much as last year & earlier this year. Not flipped off once (that I'm aware of). Dog mode worked great, gave us plenty of time to tour Buc-ees! Only had to wait at one Supercharger, for about 15 minutes. Slowed up a bit by ICE vehicles that had caught on fire ... TWICE. Got all of the bugs off without too much effort.
Good trip.

At first I thought you meant ICE (as in Immigration & Customs Enforcement).

I’ve spent many hours at that Page. AZ Supercharger! For the view, I think it is my favorite in the entire world, looking out at the landscape of Lake Powell!

I’m 1/2 Canadian. My mother was from Manitoba. More Americans need to road trip Canada, for example to Banff.

Needs more Cyberbeast logos, I don't think anyone knows it has three motors!

But in all seriousness, that's an epic trip planned, enjoy it! The most I've done so far was Charlotte to Orlando last month, but I've also done nearly 19K miles in 9 months in this truck - a far cry from my typical 38-51K miles of driving per year when I was in sales, but still with the same company and still lots of driving when I'm not in a rental somewhere hours and hours away.

Can't wait to hit up Tesla Diner next week when I'm back in LA for the 5th time this year.

Just came back from a trip to Banff. Did not road trip in the CT unfortunately (time constraints), but what a gorgeous vision it is to see it in person. Morraine Lake below. One of my new favorite places

Sounds amazing! I have a trip planned from south Florida to LA for the holidays in December! I have to take advantage of the free supercharging for a year 😂.
Make sure you Supercharge at the Tesla Diner
