Was the Tri-Motor price accidentally released by a glitch?

What will the price of the tri motor truck be with FSD?

The best takeaway is that the mobile dev team and potentially other software teams are working on the CT aspects of the site/app. That is good news because it means internally they have more information and are preparing for something.

Teslarati posted an article that someone’s cybertruck order page (RN112748315) showed the price of the truck at $76,900 for the trimotor with FSD… shortly after the price was removed…thought's on this price? Was this just a famegrab?

With everything thats happened since 2019, I personally would be very happy with this price…

This must have been confirmed to be a simple bogus photoshop edit, yes?
I have two Cybertruck reservations and they don't show up at all in my app.. just on the website.
I call BS, people reaching for straws..

I posted in post #3 that the article was updated.

Update: 12:23pm EST: Tesla Cybertruck pricing was not leaked, but instead, the screen shown in the Tweet was the previous pricing with old Full Self-Driving suite pricing.

If the info was true, why the person would be scrolling up and down and covering the info? He would zoom in to the max if it was true.
Really?!!!

Seems like most of the replies are pointing toward hoping for 70-90k, with slightly more favoring 70-79k.

There is absolutely no excuse that rivian, ford, GM, and more than likey Chevy can do a press release and produce an EV truck before Tesla can even give give official pricing on the trim levels.

...And they were all wrong about their prices. Which do you want more, the truck or accurate prices?

All I’m going to say is that I am smiling over the fact that the CT is coming out in a slower economic time. If it came out mid 2021 to 2022 it definitely would have been priced crazy high. But now with everything cooling off and economic reality settling in and certain competition, it seems like we have a better chance at real pricing.

Tesla has already given estimated prices once. It would not make sense to keep throwing out numbers over years and confuse people. I dont disagree with them waiting for a finalized price at the release of the first production vehicles. I think the 2 will come together.

Especially since there has been an inflation bell curve to contend with

Indeed. It would be quite difficult for them to release new prices without new specs to go along with them. If anything we get the final specs (features/ trims) first then prices later.

I guess what I’m not understanding is why I have a friend that got his Hummer EV at GMs original msrp….. why my company got 3 lightning pro’s for the 47k original msrp

So those companies can do a press release, make the vehicle and sell it then latter the adjust to due to inflation all before telsa can even give concrete trim levels

Yeah, the legacy auto companies are quite good at press releases and meeting deadlines.

They just can’t… actually produce them in volume. GM has made fewer than 1,000 Hummers since they started production.

But… you’re right, they are fast and furious with those press releases.

What is the point of listing an MSRP if people order your vehicle and the price goes up before they can take delivery? This is the situation a huge number of F-150 and Hummer buyers are facing right now.
