I fully endorse Sprayway as the #1 quick cleaner for Cybertruck!

I did an official* comparison between Invisible Glass and SprayWay today.

I‘ve always been an IG guy. But SW was getting too much attention for me not to notice. I wasn’t a fan of the SW ‘fresh scent’, so I was hoping that IG would be just as good, since it’s unscented.

I went around the CT, looking for spots, fingerprints, etc. and used IG and SW along with Costco microfibers.

While the IG did a good job, the SW was JUST a little better at stubborn spots, requiring less effort overall than IG. I also like the foam action of SW better, since that lets the cleaners sit in place a little longer without running off.

tl;dr: SprayWay works better than Invisible Glass, particularly on stubborn spots.

*Not really official

Actually they are $2.87 at Lowes and you are getting 32 Ounces compared the 19oz. aerosol can., which means it is cheaper.

What is all the craziness about Ammonia? Are we using it day in and day out? For years at a time? I guess the same people are eating all organic, non GMO food and not using Roundup in their yards ?‍♂ Wear some gloves and use the windex in a well ventilated area.
From doing window tint "back in the day", I can tell you that ammonia-based cleaners leave a cloudy look to the film. I've been using ammonia-free glass plus for that very reason. Also, ammonia can react with stainless steel making it susceptible to rust eventually. But, you probably wouldn't get that with a single use.

I got some foaming Sprayway at Home Depot after reading about it here. It is the best thing I've used to get rid of fingerprints. At least here in Texas, the can is 23oz for $3.68 at Depot. They sell a 4-pack of 19oz cans at Sams Club for about $20, so much more.

Wow. What a great price! I'm going to Walmart for my next purchase.

What's crazy, is if you told me it was $20 a can, it would be worth it since it works so well.

One thing to be aware of especially with the aerosol. Is that it has an extremely intense fragrance.
Almost impossible to wash out of your hands so gloves are must for me.
I did the truck in my garage and forgot to close the man (person)door going into our house and my wife was just about gagging on the fumes.
So now I only do it in the driveway with both the garage door and the door closed And I submerge the used microfiber towels in a bucket of water then I ring them out and put them in the washer.
Hoping that the liquid will not be as intense since it will be less airborne, however, my guess is that the foam provides the additional hang time to dissolve fingerprints…
They also make a pack of Wipes that could be useful on the road
I haven’t tried them out yet

I ordered a can of Lavender and Lemon to see if they're any better than the 'Fresh' scent, haha!!

I also ordered a pack of those wipes just to see how they work.

It's not craziness, it's science - the chemistry and metallurgy branches of science. Ammonia is a base compound that degrades the passivation layer on the surface of stainless steel. It's this few molecules thick iron-poor surface layer that protects the underlying iron in the stainless alloy from oxidation. The layer is formed when the surface is treated with a mild acid, such as those in BKF and CitriSurf or a mild nitric acid solution.
