Anyone have any idea when the Tesla compressor is supposed to be in stock again? I have one of the original $2500 credits so I’m waiting until I can include this. Most of the other items have now maintained better inventory levels after the initial surges.
Very briefly saw it in stock a few days ago. Already gone.

Would be nice if they shipped me mine then...that I ordered in January...when they said it was in stock.

In general CT_AZ_4x4 is a very smart person who makes excellent recommendations and I’ve learned to listen to him as is the OP and several other people on this thread,. I wanted to offer an alternative solution though. When I set this up, the Tesla product was not an option yet but I still think it may be superior in some ways.
I carry one of these:

It’s the same tool that the Tesla roadside tire people carry. They have used it on my cybertruck in my driveway several times. Works very fast and doesn’t heat up hardly at all. Has target pressure stopping features that are fairly accurate but more
Importantly consistent.
Particularly good if you already own any other M18 tools but even if you don’t there are frequently deals on batteries and other tools that make getting or upgrading the batteries fairly cheap.
There are even adapters on Etsy to run your Starlink mini on one while you hike or any other 12v device you need to run non-permanently like camping area lights and that sort of thing. In my case the battery also runs my small blower which I can keep in the back easily for campsite clearance or cleanup. Can also run my impact driver.
Perhaps most importantly, if you have a charger and a second battery, it’s hot-swappable meaning you can charge one battery while you use the other pretty much guaranteeing you can do all 4 tires even if they are all quite low. A single battery is typically plenty but in an extreme situation this might be very handy.
I have this JACO nozzle attached to the end of mine which makes it extremely easy and fast to connect/disconnect.

There are many nice cases for it on Amazon most of which are kind of pelican-ish but I ended up getting this:

Fits everything plus a charger and extra battery and hides nicely in the smugglers den or in width in a Tesla slatted box or under the back seat.
With respect to the deflation, I also have one of these in the same bag:

It is very fast and accurate. The inflator itself can do this, but it is too slow at that for my liking.
Just another approach to the same problem.

I’ve e owned too many USB tire pumps to count. They can do one tire from flat but takes like 20 minutes. You can cook an egg on them (hot). I pumped up my CT tires x4 from 47 to 50 PSI. It did 2.5 tires and out of battery. (Not recommended: https://a.co/d/2VGxTCz )

Bought the CT version this AM (in stock). It’s probably more for off roading (Not me) but having been through enough flats- being prepared with an OEM option gives me peace of mind. (Had similar situation with Mitsubishi with no spare). And will be dinking around with air levels in tires 4 times a year anyways from seasonal changes makes it worth the extra $$$ for me.

Here is a good overview:

Does anyone know if you can set the PSI higher than 50? I have a vehicle that requires 63psi and I wondered if this would work.

Thanks in advance.
You can definitely go above 50psi. Used it this weekend and took all my pressures up to 52 on the Cybertruck with colder weather ahead.

That said, I didn't try to go to 60+ PSI, but this thing is a beast. Sturdiest and quietest portable air compressor I've used.

Tesla Shop says rated for max 80 PSI, and I believe it.
