The EV pipeline is dead. You’re not getting any magical new EVs arriving in 2027. Hyundai’s version of the EV9 is basically the same thing except weird looking. Companies need time for development and Ford already killed their 3 row project because the scale has to come from the low end of the market and there is no demand. Just get another CT. You’re not going to fit all your stuff in a 3 row SUV anyway even if it is gas and the R1S is absolutely terrible if you need two rear facing car seats.

Also, $106k is absolutely top of the market. I don’t see this happening when demand has dropped off for new builds. Better get ready for low $90s offers.
I am in this market, but not ready just yet. To help the OP. With Tesla trying to hit numbers by year end many are in the wait and see mode. What will be the low they will go or offer to hit the number they want via incentive or transfer. If nothing next year might improve.

The other items are just the $2500 being spent. Every foundation got those. Just a matter of how spent.

I won't comment on price. Not my style.

I've rented the Pacifica Plug in hybrid/EV Minivan a couple of times. If I needed lots of space, and didn't need AWD, I would get that. The acceleration is much better than the pure ICE version.
Yeah we got in one of those the other day, it definitely is roomy, on the cheaper side and the plug-in is a nice compromise as we don't drive more than maybe 15 miles in a day just dropping off and picking up the kids from school. Wife just really does not like the exterior look of how dated it still is and got overwhelmed by the amount of buttons, stalks, knobs, etc on the inside coming from a Tesla. I could look past it but I got overruled. We also looked at the Kia Carnival which the 2025 comes as a hybrid option and that looks much more like a dropped Ford Explorer than a minivan. Honestly if that came in a plug-in I think we would have gotten that instantly.

Yeah thats fair I was hoping thre might be a sweet spot in the Seattle area of someone who felt they missed out on FS and still wanted to move forward. Sure every FS got the $2500 credit but many spent it on getting the house ready to do V2H so from the other listings I've seen here and on car gurus, wraps are much more common than the amount of accessories this comes with. Plus a potential modded cyberquad for kids, thats gotta be worth something right?? lol

I listed at $106k but honestly after even more research the last couple of days I'm going to lower to $95k tomorrow when I list on CarGuru as well. Would rather just move it then sit 6 months on it

Selling a vehicle around the holidays is tough. $95k should attract more eyeballs however. Best of luck!

$90k a more realistic asking price.

I would be selling for $89,990 to get maximum eyeballs. Yes, $1 less makes a marketing difference.

Congrats.

I didn’t want to say it on the forum but I estimated low $80’s.
