Who has tested it successfully on a Cybertruck? Was it an unbiased party?

In any case, I trust Leo to give us the straight scoop, more so than some Internet rando.

Who else besides yourself and the company that pimps them? Because I don't think you have much credibility after all the conflicting statements you've made here.

And, if the defeat device works for you, why are you still incessantly complaining that it nags too much? Wouldn't you just move on, happy that you can now use it like the rest of us who don't have a problem with nags? Or, are you butt-hurt that you paid $200 for a device that will soon be worthless?

It only requires touching of the steering wheel when it can't determine if you paying attention, i.e. you're not paying attention or it can't see your eyes(sun glasses glare, etc.) If you are paying attention then you don't won't get the nag. Its can tell if you have a phone, in your hand when it can't see your eyes, and touching the steering wheel won't fix that.

You clearly aren’t paying attention, yes, the volume acts the same as touching the steering wheel, but there are many instances that touching the steering wheel(or the volume that satisfies that requirement doesn’t work.) it solves the “Turn The wheel slightly prompt” but does not solve the “stop looking at the screen” or the “device detected in hand” prompts. If the green dot next to the steering wheel icon is lit up. Turning the volume will do nothing for any of the “pay attention“ prompts.

Fun fact: the system also watches your body posture, and it has somewhat of a short memory to track if you keep slouching further. It really ramps up the nags when it catches you starting to get sleepy. Yawning especially.

That's pretty clever and a good idea. I wish it didn't do that.

It's an incredible safety feature that is only necessary during this transition period between

human drivers < human supervisors < and human riders

Bottom line: the system only nags you when you are not paying due attention to FSD, in exact accordance to the instructions and Terms of Use.

The system works perfectly fine as it's designed. You are just being a contrarian here.
False.

False. It does no such thing. REM makes it up as he goes… and assumes no one can challenge because so many of his statements are pulled straight from his butt.

I have one. It works. The key part is the camera need to not be able to see your face. I have a parking permit hangtag that hangs off my sunshade and blocks the camera. It then fails back to steering wheel nag, which the chip spoofs. If the camera is 100% blocked, Fsd will disengage, so it needs to be a partial block.
