I don't know if you appreciate negative reviews sometimes, but I personally find them useful. I don't mind to rant about something once in a while. And here's mine.

While I think it's probably just a combination of factors and not exactly an intentionally bad product, the way they handle the situation is quite strange.

Hey Leo, are you out of pocket $200? @TLYARD are part of the community here, pretty sure they’ll make it right for you!

The cybertruck does not use a nag in the form of touching the steering wheel. It uses facial monitoring and where you were actually looking. I would not expect this device to work on our trucks at all.

Who knows? Maybe you’re right? Yes, I have had that message, but it seems to correlate to when I have been not paying attention and looking elsewhere repeatedly. I have driven for extremely long periods of time without that message occurring provided. I am paying attention.

I have never had to touch the steering wheel while using FSD 13 in the Cybertruck. It only requires that if it can't see your eyes (sunglasses or a hat can cause this, for example). And if I look away too long and get the blue nag on-screen, just looking forward fixes it, still no need to touch the controls at all.

Same here. Today is the first time I’ve ever seen any mention of toggling the volume switch. I’ve been told to apply a “slight turning force” but that’s it. Maybe this is a carry over from prior Teslas.? This is my first Tesla. Either way it’s not so intrusive that I’d pay for a dodgy chip to be Mcgyvered into my $120,000 truck.

Hey @Administrator, we have some more illegal and extremely dangerous autopilot defeat devices.

Hopefully these get the boot too.

Just to clarify in case it was unclear from the video: this chip probably worked some time ago, because previously you could remove a NAG by adjusting the volume. If you haven't heard about it, that doesn't mean it didn't work—it has been around for quite some time, starting with the HW3 vehicles. I think the main reason it does not work now is that Tesla changed something with their recent security updates and removed the ability to clear the NAG using the volume button. I believe people with older updates can still confirm that it works.

The main problems I see are:
- The seller neither confirms nor denies that it is not working right now.
- They do not offer any normal consumer resolution. I requested a refund three times in the email chain, but was ignored. The only response I got was, "Let us help you, film a video showing how it's not working."

This raises the question of what would happen if this were a more expensive accessory and it didn’t work. How would they handle those kinds of issues? For people who are not on social media, I think it's a huge pain in the ass, first of all.

Don't you think that, first of all, it should be addressed by the company that is represented in this community and actually sells these devices?
