Since I got it on March 31, I've had to use heating and cooling very little.

Not bad...How is the ride? Road noise?
At some speeds it seems like it is more but not enough to even worry about. Even the wife said she can’t really notice and she is sensitive to road sounds. The ride on them feels a little more squashy than the stock AT. The performance in rain destroys the stock AT tires, which are horrible in the rain.

2 Year results, same trip but in the 2024 results I think I didn't capture the mileage till a few weeks after the trip was over so it's the VT trip and return + a lot of in/around in the local area.

Most of the trip to VT and return was highway driving at around 75 mph.

2024 AWD CT, All Season Pirelli tires. No hub caps. Tonneau closed.

2024 results - 2024 CT AWD Harrisburg PA to Stowe VT, local in/around and return 2,335 miles, Total energy 951 kWh, Ave Energy 407 Wh/mi

2025 results - 2024 CT AWD Harrisburg PA to Stowe VT, local in/around and return 1,184 miles, Total energy 488.4 kWh, Ave Energy 412.7 Wh/mi

You guys are doing awesome. I get about 460-480 on my AWD with AT tires consistently. I drive mostly on FSD and am by no means lead footed.

As I keep driving, my average wh/mi keeps dropping. I’m now at 398.4 wh/mi, lifetime (~7,600 miles).

What bumped up my average the first three months I had the truck was Supercharging. I was Supercharging it due to the free charging.

So it’s the preconditioning?

So it’s the preconditioning?
Yeah, especially because I got mine in the winter (December) and the closest Supercharger is only 4 miles from my house, so iit’d precondition the short drive to the charger.

Very interesting. I largely supercharge too because it’s free. Perhaps that’s why I don't see numbers as good as others here state. I always kind of thought the numbers were a little ā€œaspirationalā€ but your explanation makes a lot of sense.

Supercharging as the root cause for a disparity in efficiency doesn’t make sense to me. Admittedly there is some hit for preconditioning but this has to be fairly small given the relatively short time this occurs and the low electrical drain compared to energy used to drive the vehicle. I also use SC exclusively and FSD frequently, and I see values in the 350-450Wh/mi range for my ā€˜24 FS AWD. As one sample of the variation, I drove 127 freeway miles generally downhill and with the wind and observed 376Wh/mi while the return trip was 444Wh/mi. Unfortunately I don’t recall how close the average speed was between the two drives. The return trip was during a time of day when traffic was lighter so there could be a ~10mph difference. My lifetime average is 389Wh/mi.
