Great to hear everyone!! Thank you! Now for my next question.
if you were going to buy it again now, would you buy a new one or is a used foundation series good to buy, knowing all the issues surrounding the truck, ie A pillars placed with glue, and other issues I would assume are fixed. ?
What do you mean "used" foundation? A pre-owned Foundation has FSD, but premium connectivity doesn't transfer so it's no different (other than badging) than a non-FS CT.
Now, a demo/ inventory Foundation with FSD, free supercharging, upgraded trim and tires, and free premium connectivity, that's a good deal.

Hi, long time no see. Long story short, I was an original cyber truck reservation holder, got my number called, paid the thousand plus dollars to take delivery, and never pulled the trigger. Hindsight 20/20and depreciation , I think that’s was a good decision.
I think I still want the CT, but I’m asking you, the owners, who have had their truck for a while do you still think it’s worth it? I’ve read stuff about the front light bar being OEM verse China made, how do you even know which one you have? I hear things about car washes, not sure of the validity. So I’m coming to you, the real owners, the people that know, the cyber truck club. Let me know what you think.
Yes. If you take care of this vehicle, it will take care of you. Meaning, learn all about it, it is not a typical vehicle. If something goes wrong, most likely, it was user error.

Love the truck. Wish I had waited just to have the lower price. Aside from that the truck is amazing on every level. It has taught me a lot about people. I was talking with some friends the other day about this experience. I said it really has shown me what it’s like to be a celebrity. Obviously not me but the truck. The truck is a celebrity and I’m inside it to see what that feels like. I have seen crowds drawn to it as I watch. I’ve seen people mad at it as a symbol of what it represents. The wide range of emotions the truck commands is so wild. If you’re single and want attention from women I highly recommend getting one. As a married man here I’ve had to ignore what I would consider wide open invitations to give a few women a ride in it. So yeah it has admirers, haters, neutrals, and even groupies.

Yes, yes, YES!
As a recent example confirming my own perception of it's excellence, I did a radio interview after I drove through an anti-Musk, anti-Trump protest (with three flags in my hitch receiver flag holder)!
The station had also invited a lawyer in favor of the protest to get her point of view.
After the interview, I invited her to take a ride in my Cybertruck. She emphatically said, "NO"!
As we walked out of the studio together, she saw my CT, so I asked if she would just like to see it. She agreed that she was a little curious, so I showed it to her. Judging her initial reactions, I said, "C'mon, let's take a ride!" and she agreed.
So I demonstrated the steer by wire, regenerative braking, FSD and the grand finale: ACCELERATION!
She actually said. "That Elon is a genius!"

Yeah, I'm in a band and have lots of female requests for CT rides. My wife knows I'm trustworthy, so I usually take every opportunity to show it off!
A couple of weeks ago I took some ladies for a ride. The next morning I noticed an earring in the back seat. So, being the showoff that I am, I posted it on FB and said that I'm just happy it wasn't panties!

It was started before any trucks were delivered………So………. You tell me, is it for encouraging people that want to learn more about the truck, or is it only for those that have a truck and say “me too”….
Good point.

It's hard to believe a vehicle could bring this much joy. Everyone here knows what I'm talking about.
I paid a premium to drive it ASAP among the first 10k produced. My Beast is flawless and kicks ass over any of the dozens of vehicles I've had or driven.
The lightbar is badass both functionally and cosmetically.
The acceleration is literally like having a personal roller coaster ride on tap except super smooth and quiet.

A few days ago as I left a market walking to my truck 10 paces behind a man and his family when he got to my truck he stopped to take pics. 3 spaces away was the most beautiful McLaren. Eye candy. This guy had zero interest. He just wanted a pic of a stainless steel Cybertruck. That's when we are reminded we drive a marvelous machine.

I don’t have much of anything to add to what’s already been said, but here’s another one who thinks it is definitely still worth it and I love it even more than when I first got it.

Hands-down the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Hits all of my use-cases and then some, from daily commuter, to portable office, off-grid power source, to off-road elk hunting rig to family travel machine to German Shepherd chariot. And Elon pays for my travels because free Supercharging.

I have zero regrets. Nothing but effusive praise for this vehicle.

YES, I think it's still worth it! It's the most enjoyable vehicle I have ever driven.

Downside: My skin has grown thicker since I gotten it. Got to Ignore the hate and the finger(s).

Yes. After the maintenance burden of regular pickup trucks it's refreshing. I don't spend my weekends in a mechanics waiting room anymore. I mainly use the CT as a camping rig and I think its a top contender in that field.

All I was trying to say, and I probably could have and should have done so more politely so please accept my apology for that , was that having serious prospective owners on here is a good catalyst for hearing from actual owners like us. You can just skip these threads if you prefer it that way.
I for one happen to think it’s important those
of us who already know how awesome this product is share that with those people who might still be on the fence. This promotes more people buying it and a higher likelihood of the product surviving.
One of the nice things to me about the truck is the cool community around it so it hits a nerve for me when we get painted as elitist exclusionists which is what I felt your post did.
There are enough people trying to paint us in an unfavorable light. Let’s not help them.
As you can see, this thread has over the course of one day produced some exceptional comments most of which came from real life Cybertruck owners. I’m glad it stayed open.

Knowing what I know now, 13 months later, I would do it all over again, even if the price were $150K and I didn't even need a truck! It's the safest, most solid, durable feeling truck I've ever driven (and I've driven a lot of them). The best vehicle I've ever experienced. The way the Cybertruck drives reminds me of a quote from Muhammad Ali:

"Floats like a Butterfly, Stings Like a Bee!"

Muhammad Ali was a fighter, but he was also a philosopher with a lot of wisdom hiding behind his uneducated speech. His nickname was "The Greatest". A couple of other Ali quotes that I think are fitting to the Cybertruck:

"I’m so fast that last night I turned off the light switch in my hotel room and got into bed before the room was dark.”

"A man who views the world the same at 50 as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.”

"Live every day like it’s your last, because someday you’re going to be right.”
Bro!!!!! Ditto!!!! Ali would love this amazing machine!
