Brake dusts on your rims are not only ugly to see, but hard to clean.

Watch this video and see how easy brake dusts come off of a rim coated with SILAZANE50 after
30 days. Just wipe or hose it off with water!

Maybe I do also but with the covers on I never see the wheels. Or it could be that I have 6k miles after 20 months of ownership. Probably both...
Covers def help! lol. I took mine off because the car washes always moves them and their annoying as hell to reposition them. I guess I could get them ceramic coated.

Never seen any brake dust - wheels are covered with the discs. Also service replaced my wheel covers a month ago and they don’t slide around and get misaligned any longer. Tech said they improved the attachment points -

No because I use regen 99% of the time. FSD may use the brakes more than me.
I FSD everywhere, but when I pop my covers off, they're COATED in brake dust still, since I first checked a few months after purchasing. Kind of wild, last few Tesla's kept their pads looking new over 100K miles.

Yeah. I don't have a brake dust problem. I can stop whenever I want!

Wow, that works on a couple of levels.

Yes, I have brake dust all over the wheels and tires. Mostly the left rear one. FSD does use the brakes when needed. Also, the brakes get used every once in a while, to keep them from rusting completely.

With over 33k miles, I’ve just had a normal amount of “truck” brake dust; considering normal Regen braking.
Trucks are heavier than sedans, so you’ll see more brake dust than your typical vehicle.
