Because tesla is lumping that in with powershare equipment, and only giving it to you if you pay their installer to install it, after they approve you for install.

I've heard one person say that the wall chargers are included whether or not powershare is installed, but not actually seen anyone confirm they were denied powershare and still received the wall charger.

This happens to the seats if you use alcohol wipes on them. Glad that the ceramic coating for the interior came with a warranty...

I assume the ceramic's warranty has a proper care clause though, right?

As long as the damage is not bigger than the size of a crecit card it will cover. It covered this one, but I learned the hard way what alcohol wipes can cause to the seats.

Good to know. What do you use to clean your MY touchscreen? Just a lint free cloth or is there any safe liquid cleaner you can put on it?

I use the microfiber cloths that are sold in a huge pack at Costco (which are better quality than most). They work great for the Model Y screen and a lot of other things (glasses, phone screens, camera lenses, etc.).

Haha very perceptive At the end she was trying to remind me to mention sentry mode. It comes with a 128gb usb device for sentry and dashcam. It’s also shaped a little differently than the other one we have. Not sure if it’s cybertruck specific.

I'm really curious about how well the visibility is from the Headlights. Have you seen if they adjust where they aim when turning? Where I live there are lots of intersections without streetlights. Sometimes this means it's hard to see where the lane is that you are turning onto.

Sorry I was wrong, it actually did come with one! The last Tesla I bought new didn’t have one so I just assumed. My bad!

Congratulations! What about the home wall charger? Should come with both the mobile and home charger? Universal wall connector and v3 gateway included.

Has anybody replied to this question yet? Just reviewing my order and looking at adding a NEMA 14-50 to other side of my garage across from my current wall connector, but will skip if the universal wall connector comes with the FS. Filled out the survey email with quote " Your order is eligible for free Powershare Home Backup hardware—you just cover the installation cost." But as all communication with Tesla it leaves a lot of questions about what this actually entails.
