But that’s not all! We’re already working hard on the second version, which promises exciting improvements based on your feedback. We’ve made changes to the appearance, capacity, and opening mechanism to enhance user experience and meet the needs of our Cybertruck community. And we can’t wait to share it with you!
v2.0 test video:

A sneak peek at the second version's design. The biggest improvement is the opening mechanism, which makes it easier to access items from the seat. It won’t block your hand or bump into the screen.

You know; you need powered and NON POWERED versions of this. A simple insulated cooler with matching ice pack to freeze before a trip and place in it that fits this space would be what I'd prefer. Would likely use the same design and walls/door. Just skip the electronics. Much cheaper and higher sales rate?

I think you can use the space going almost all the way up under the screen, and controls could be on the side to give more opening room. Cup holder that could cool/warm a drink would be a bonus, maybe in the space you recover from removing the controls from the top

Hi! Your suggestion means a lot to us. When designing the appearance, we also considered the convenience of accessing items. A single door might make it less convenient to retrieve items, so we optimized the opening into a sliding design. This makes it easier to slide open while providing enough space for easy access.

The control panel was placed on top to make it easier for users to clearly see the refrigerator’s display. However, since the display can also be controlled through a mobile app, the size won't be very large.

The heating function is also a great idea, and we will seriously consider this feature. Thank you!:giggle:

Looks good as is. What are the specs? Is it heat pump based? If so, then I am interested!

Here's a twist:
- make it taller
- create two can/cup holder on top that can also cool drinks so you can keep one cold and drink from it while driving
Hi! Thank you very much for your suggestion. :giggle:

  1. The current height of the refrigerator is flush with the center console. It might not be very clear due to the angle of the photos, but we will provide more display images once the final product is ready.
  2. Could you clarify the exact location of the two can/cup holders? Are you referring to the top inside the refrigerator, similar to the red-marked area in the image below?

Could be something like this in the marked area that holds two cups/cans at a different height making for an easier reach for a driver while operating the vehicle. The inexpensive version would be to mold/3D print something like this with open slots on the bottom/sides that could be placed in the area you've shaded to allow cool air flowing underneath and around the cans in a very cost-effective manner (no added electronics). That assumes the top is a roller shade coming from the dash and rolls towards the seats - not sure if that's the case but it might already be that way.

Also, it would be removable for easy cleaning and for those who didn't want or need it then it's completely removable. The insertable piece would look something like the one below, without the buttons and with slots/vents on the bottom/sides for airflow.
