Yes, this new Tesla adapter does fit my Cybertruck, and it seems like it might be firmer than the other one. I haven’t tested it other than making sure it can go all the way in yet though. When I tested the other one, the really giant, heavy CCS1 cable seemed kind of uncomfortably levering it in the truck’s charge port. It could be that the new Tesla one will seem better.

Did the price go up, I thought it was $180 before? The one I bought specifically says 250kw, so I would buy Tesla's version if I can be sure that it will handle the 350W electrify america or similar. The website says specifically charging speeds up to 250kW.

I just have 1 question. Why did it take Tesla so long to come out with an adapter that worked with the Cybertruck? I would have bought this a year ago, when I bought my CT, and that was a year after they first started selling the CT.

I wonder if this is tied to a regulation of some sort. Seems awfully generous of Tesla to just start including these with delivery when it's always been an accessory.

Tesla randomly includes stuff like this in deliveries. Seen it with Ys and Ss randomly before too. It probably isn't a nationwide thing.
