I think it will be a minute before we see lower priced aftermarket upgrades of this type for the CT. Jeep has the benefit of units produced/sold and over many years. The market can order large batches to be mfg and benefit from a reduced cost based on the volume they order. They also don't have as large of a risk of sitting on inventory. Until supply of trucks and demand for this type of upgrade gets to scale, the few will continue to pay an inflated price.

Those cheap bumpers are also made with thinner material. The old saying of you get what you pay for is 100% true.

True but givin the fact I won’t be pulling any trucks out of swamps I would rather pay $600 for the look and if it gets hit later get another one and still of saved money because I didn’t pay 2k for it ?

Ditto for me as well, at least for another 60k miles. Haha
Sorry brother, I only have 20k miles on my new truck. Ha but I will radio the older trucks on the trail. ?
