Does anyone know if CT would be eligible for carpool stickers? I think I will have to wait until I get real licence plates to apply at the very least....

I submitted mine a few days ago, waiting.
Curious, what does your registration say in the upper left hand corner. Does it say "commercial" or something else? Trying to determine if Tesla messed up on mine or not. I also ordered mine today. Thanks.

Yes mine says Commercial at the top left. Not sure why I don't use it for commercial.

I'm wondering how to apply the stickers.
I have a Model S and after a few months, my stickers started to peel and look atrocious. Now that we've got the stainless steel panels, I'm curious if anyone else had thoughts about this. Maybe just put them on the bumper?

My HOV stickers arrived and I’m having second thoughts about putting them on. I live in the Central Valley and in my area and normal day to day travel I don’t have very many carpool lane options. When we do travel along freeways with the option, I’ll have my family with me and would be able to use the carpool lane anyway. I’m dreading sticking them on the bumper and them being there for all eternity.

I am in exactly the same boat, and additionally we have a bunch of express lanes here in Bay area (for express lanes stickers only give a discount and to get it you need a special FasTrack). So i wonder if putting on the ugly stickers is worth it at all. If I decide to do it after all, I will get those vinyl liners, so at least they are removable (but that is even more sunk cost, d'oh)

I didn’t know they made vinyl liners for those. Where can I buy some? My wife is still gonna put hers on her MY so it’d be nice to be able to remove them once they’re expired.

I’ve used Slap Pass, a magnetic solution that you stick your CAV decals on and can be easily placed or removed from your vehicle. Works great on my Model Y and just ordered another set for my truck.

Here’s their website if anyone wants to check it out: slappass.com.

I have them on mine. I didn't want to at first, but now that they're on, I don't think about them anymore.
