Given a full refund of your CT purchase, what would you buy? Get a 2026 CT? Get a 24-25 CT used and pocket the diff? SilveradoEV or any other oddball?

I'd prob pocket the bread and go used as long as nothing is wrong with it and miles aren't too high. Don't think anything has changed significantly between 24 to 26. Me personally I haven't seen any other pickup EV I liked other than the hummer but it's still not as good imo. That quad motor rivian looked kinda cool too but I've never been a fan of the look of their cars.

Cybercab or whatever they end up calling it.
You have a CyberBeast, and a M3 performance and you going to go to a vehicle that you can’t control at all. Tow ultimate driving machines, to a vehicle you can’t drive at all?

Scissor doors and hopefully the first edition has a steering wheel.

Unlikely, that would just be an admission of “we can’t do it’ and if it did, no way there would be a performance version as it wouldn’t need it, for full self drive being the whole purpose of the vehicle. But the doors would be cool, wish the CT would have done something cool with the doors.

You know, i found myself in this exact situation at the end of 2024. I ended up buying a replacement CT.
Did it workout well for you? Which one did you get, used or a new one from tesla? Any luck transitioning the supercharger / fsd?

It was a few months between turning the first one in and getting the second. I didnt think to ask about FSD transfer at that point. My FS did not include supercharging. I got an AWD, with BASE AUTOPILOT included (not TACC included). I bought because of the tax credit, the NFS trucks and the improvements that were made between 2024 models and 2025 models. Yet to be seen how it works out.

If I was being refunded for a FS cyberbeast I’d probably try to buy a slightly used AWD and slightly used model x. Optimally both with FSD.

I am getting refunded for my Cybertruck. Tesla is buying it back. 😄

After my experience, I will not be getting another Cybertruck. I originally planned to replace it with a Cadillac Vistiq, but I have since changed course and will most likely return to Mercedes for our next EV.

We previously owned an EQS SUV and currently have an AMG EQE SUV. At this point, we will likely either get another EQS SUV or try the EQS sedan.

Out of all the EVs we have owned, Mercedes has provided the most consistent, reliable, and high quality experience overall. That is what has me strongly leaning in that direction again.

At this point, I have no interest in another Cybertruck or Tesla as a primary vehicle. That said, I would not rule out something like a Model 3 Performance in the future as an additional fun car, but not as a daily driver.

It's going to be tough to ever replace the Cybertruck when the time unfortunately comes. I worry nothing will ever be as ground breaking and exciting as it is.

Mercedes is definitely quality. I just wish the EQS didn't remind me of an Accord.
