I have the same "park assist degraded" message appearing with 38.3.2 install, AND I have a charging issue that has come up, as well.
"External charging equipment not providing power. Check power source or try different equipment"
This morning, I turned off my wall charger at the breaker and turned it back on, but still got the message when I plugged the CT back in. I took the CT to a supercharging station and had no issue with charging. My son has a 3 so he took it to his house and plugged it in.... he got the same "External charging..." message.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve been seeing the Park Assist Degraded message ever since the update so it’s definitely something they need to patch. My rear camera also might be worse looking, but I’m not totally sure on that. No other issues

I have been getting "Park Assist Degraded" as well since upgrading. I did notice it only shows up if I have TACC enabled instead of FSD. With FSD on, it works fine and parks like it always has.

This all started after the software update and also after my FSD subscription trial ended

I don't know since I never use self park. Can you get FSD for one month and see if it corrects itself?

That sounds plausible because all 3 of my CB have FSD with no issues
